Request Account Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from the Drips app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your request is verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless certain information must be retained to comply with applicable legal requirements.

What Will Be Deleted

Your account deletion request may include the removal of:

• Account and profile information
• Health and medical history stored in your account
• Appointment records
• Personal preferences and settings
• Other personal data associated with your account

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

In-App:
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account within the Drips app.

Web / Email:
Submit your request by contacting us at info@dripsmedical.com or by using the account deletion request form below.

After receiving your request, we may verify your identity to protect your account and personal information. Once verified, the deletion process will be completed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
